Behavioral Health Services

Experiencing difficulty with thoughts or feelings? You are not alone. Depression and anxiety symptoms have increased for many people since the beginning of the pandemic. Valley View Health Center cares for the whole patient—body and mind. Ask your medical provider today about our integrated team and how to access Behavioral Health sessions to improve your overall wellbeing.

We support equality and acceptance by providing a safe space to every identity. All our therapists are trained to be culturally responsive and are LGBTQ affirming.

We’re ready to help you.

Our staff currently provides in-person, televideo, and telephone counseling and support to Valley View patients regardless of which of our locations you receive care. We also offer Spanish-language services with two bilingual therapists on staff.

We take an integrated approach to treatment, meaning that your behavioral health provider will be part of your care team, working closely with your medical, dental, and pharmacy providers to give you the best quality of care. Whether we’re assisting you with the challenges of day to day life or treating mental health issues such as anxiety or depression, our goal is to make sure that at Valley View your whole self is being cared for – inside and out, physically and mentally.
