Providence has begun a Parking Lot Project that will impact patients trying to access the Centralia Primary Clinic and the Centralia Walk-In Clinic. These two clinics are in the PROVIDENCE MEDICAL PLAZA 1800. Please follow the RED ARROWS from COOKS HILL ROAD to Hospital East Drive and park in the OVERFLOW PARKING to the South of the Clinics.
