Centralia Walk-In

The Walk-In Clinic is a good option for when you are not feeling well, but it’s not serious enough for a visit to the emergency room.

Health concerns that can be addressed at our Walk-In Clinic include the following:

  • Sore throat/Strep throat
  • Mild to Moderate flu-like symptoms
  • Earaches
  • Eye redness, discharge, or itchiness
  • Painful urination
  • Rashes and skin infections
  • Sprains, strains, and minor non-displaced fractures
  • Small cuts that may require stitches
  • Pregnancy tests, Emergency contraception, Sexually Transmitted Infections screenings
  • Ingrown toenails

Monday to Sunday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Our posted hours are from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM; however, please note that we may stop accepting check-ins earlier if all available appointment slots are filled for the day.
To ensure you secure an appointment, we recommend arriving early. If arriving early isn’t possible, we encourage you to call ahead to check availability.
Please keep in mind that our last appointment of the day is at 5:20 PM.

Updates:

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please call 911 and/or go to the emergency room:

  • Chest pain

  • Stroke symptoms – one-sided weakness, altered speech, lopsided smile/facial drooping, imbalance, vision changes

  • Increased heart rate – palpitations, irregular heartbeats (as a new symptom), and shortness of breath or lightheadedness

  • Shortness of Breath or difficulty breathing

  • Head injury – Nausea, severe headache, visual disturbance, trouble speaking.

  • Suicidal thoughts

  • Injuries such as limb deformity, unable to use a limb, crushing injury, uncontrolled bleeding

  • Wounds – Large cuts and/or lacerations, puncture wounds, feral animal bites

  • Severe pain – Abdominal, chest, or head
