After Hours: Who can I contact if I am sick after hours?

For Valley View Health Center Patients only, we do provide professional coverage for emergent healthcare needs afterhours (when our clinics are closed). This number is NOT for medication refills, scheduling, and/or routine care. Please call your clinic during normal business hours for medication refills, scheduling, and/or routine care questions.

If you have a Medical Emergency Dial 9-1-1

The Afterhours & On-Call Provider Hotline is for Valley View Patients only.  (855-661-0286) This service connects you to nurses who provide telephone triage and provide advice for urgent and emergency health situations. When appropriate, nurses will refer patients to the appropriate location for follow up care OR have the on-call provider reach back to patients. On-call providers typically call patients back within one (1) hour when contacted by the afterhours nurse.

For a Mental Health Crisis, the appropriate resources are available for ALL people in our counties:

  • Lewis & Thurston County (800-559-6696)

  • Pacific County (800-884-2298)

For concerns about ingesting something potentially poisonous contact: Poison Control (800-222-1222)

Valley View also operates a Walk-In Clinic in Centralia which is open 7 days a week from 7:30 am to 6 pm (closed on major holidays) and is available to Valley View patients as well as non-Valley View patients.
