(April 24, 2026) Valley View is no longer contracted with Wellpoint, and our relationship officially ends on May 31, 2026.
If you had Wellpoint listed as one of your insurance plans in the last two years and we have your address on file, you will be receiving a letter from Valley View Health Center this week (click here to review the letter).

What You Can Do Now
- If you want to stay with your current Valley View Health Center provider, you may choose an alternative plan that includes Valley View in‑network.
- We have arranged for Patient Navigators to answer questions and help you understand your choices.
Alternative Coverage Options (Medicaid)
If you are an Apple Health (Medicaid) member and want to stay with your Valley View provider, please choose one of the preferred plans. Our preferred Medicaid plans include:
- Community Health Plan of Washington
- Molina
- Coordinated Care
You can change your health plan one of the following ways:
- Visit Washington Healthplanfinder
- Visit ProviderOne Client Portal
- Request a change online – select the topic “Enroll/Change Health Plans.”
- Call the Health Care Authority at (800) 562-3022 (TRS 711)

Please let the receptionist know what preferred plan you changed to AND request they complete a PCP change form for your new plan. (This ensures that you get assigned to your Valley View provider).
