Telehealth Services

The quality of care and your experience are top priorities for us.

Please treat your telehealth appointment as you would a regular in-person visit.

  • Make sure you are in a quiet location during your appointment free from all interruptions such as crowds, driving, or any other physical activities that could distract you or the provider.
  • If you have young children arrange for someone to assist you with their care.
  • Turn on your camera. A camera is required for a telehealth visit. Any disruptions (or connectivity issues) may require your care team to discontinue the visit and reschedule your appointment.

Please note not all visits are appropriate for telehealth appointments, your care team may need you to come in-person for some appointments. Please understand that we require at least one in-person visit annually to be able to schedule telehealth visits.

Telehealth Appointments

A member of our team will call you on the phone to check you in. They will guide you in logging into the telehealth portal on our website.

Telehealth visits will not work correctly without checking in with the clinic first and talking with the provider’s team.

Please find your provider and click their name.
