We are sending these communications because some Medicaid patients recently received a letter from their insurance plan stating that our clinic is no longer in‑network and that they have been reassigned to a new primary care provider. We understand this may be confusing or concerning, and we are here to help you navigate your options. We are currently working to clarify the situation. While that review is underway, we can help you explore alternative coverage options if you wish to continue receiving care with us.
What You Can Do Now
- Review the letter you received from your insurance plan.
- If you want to stay with your current Valley View Health Center provider, you may choose an alternative plan that includes Valley View in‑network.
- We have arranged for Patient Navigators to answer questions and help you understand your choices.
Coverage Options (Medicaid)
If you are an Apple Health (Medicaid) member and want to stay with your Valley View provider, please choose one of the preferred plans. Our preferred Medicaid plans include:
- Community Health Plan of Washington
- Molina
- Coordinated Care
You can change your health plan one of the following ways:
- Visit Washington Healthplanfinder
- Visit ProviderOne Client Portal
- Request a change online – select the topic “Enroll/Change Health Plans.”
