Friday, August 21: All Clinics Closing Early at 4 pm
On August 21, all clinics will close for appointments at 4:00 PM. This will allow our staff to prepare for the upgrade. Please note that from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, staff will not have access to our electronic records system. As a result, we will be unable to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, process payments, or update patient charts during this time. For clinics normally open on Fridays, waiting rooms will remain open, but staff will have limited ability to assist patients.
Services Available Between 4pm and 6pm
- Pharmacy Services (available until regular closing hours)
- The Chehalis and Centralia Walk-In Pharmacies will remain open for medication pick-up.
- Medication kiosk/locker access will remain available at Chehalis, Mary’s Corner, and Tenino locations.
- Nurse Triage by Phone: Call 855-661-0286 for nurse triage assistance with urgent medical concerns.
Phones: Because staff will not have access to records during this time, most clinic phone lines will be forwarded to a recorded message while we prepare for our system upgrade. Callers will still be able to access Pharmacy Services and Nurse Triage support.
Saturday, August 22: Upgrade Day
