(September 30, 2026) Effective January 1, 2027, Valley View Health Center will no longer be contracted with UnitedHealthcare Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. If you had a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Plan listed as one of your insurance plans in the last two years and we have your contact information on file, you will be receiving a letter, text, phone call and/or email from Valley View Health Center starting on September 30, 2026.

What You Can Do Now
- Impacted UnitedHealthcare Medicare members who want to continue to receive care at Valley View after December 31, 2026, will need to change plans to one of our other contracted Medicare carriers during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period.

- If you are receiving active treatment for a chronic condition, you may qualify for extended in-network access, also known as “Continuity of Care,” through UnitedHealthcare. If you think you qualify, call the number on the back of your insurance card.
