Our care teams will always check with you directly before making any changes to your preferred pharmacy.
This means an extra step in the process, where we will need to confirm the change before your pharmacy is updated in our system.

- If you get a message from a pharmacy you don’t recognize—or something just doesn’t seem right—please reach out to us.
- During visits or calls, feel free to double‑check that we have your current preferred pharmacy listed in your chart.
