Did You Receive a Letter About a Change in Your Insurance Coverage from your Insurance Plan?

Some Medicaid & Medicare Advantage patients may receive a letter from their insurance plan stating that our clinic is no longer in‑network OR there are updates to your plan. We understand this may be confusing or concerning, and we are here to help you navigate your options.  We can help you explore coverage options if you wish to continue receiving care with us.

What You Can Do Now

  • Review the letter you received from your insurance plan.
  • If you want to stay with your current Valley View Health Center provider, you may choose an alternative plan that includes Valley View in‑network.
  • We have arranged for Patient Navigators to answer questions and help you understand your choices.

Alternative Coverage Options (Medicaid)

If you are an Apple Health (Medicaid) member and want to stay with your Valley View provider, please choose one of the preferred plans. Our preferred Medicaid plans include:

  • Community Health Plan of Washington
  • Molina
  • Coordinated Care

You can change your health plan one of the following ways:

Please let the receptionist know what preferred plan you changed to AND request they complete a PCP change form for your new plan. (This ensures that you get assigned to your Valley View provider)

Alternative Coverage Options (Medicare)
