Valley View Health Center respects the health information rights of our patients and has partnered with Provider1st to securely provide medical record copies to patients, guardians, legal representatives, or 3rd party requestors with HIPAA authorization.

If you are having difficulty with the cost of your care, please ask about our sliding fee discount scale. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
