We are currently offering Moderna COVID vaccine (first, second, and booster doses). At this time, we are scheduling vaccine appointments for our patients only. Call your Primary Care Provider’s Office to discuss getting the COVID-19 vaccine! Vaccines are provided by appointment only. No walk-ins can be accommodated at this time.
Other vaccine partners who may have vaccine can be found at: vaccinelocator.doh.wa.gov
As of April 5, 2022 the federal government’s “Uninsured Program” will no longer provide coverage for COVID vaccination administration for uninsured patients. Individual insurances may or may not cover the cost of vaccine administration. If you have concerns about covering the cost of vaccine administration, please apply to Valley View’s sliding fee discount scale program or contact us for more information about available insurance options.
COVID treatment and testing is provided at our Centralia Walk-In Clinic. This test cannot be provided without an evaluation by one of our Walk-in Clinic providers.
On any given day, the Centralia Walk-In Clinic may close earlier than posted hours, when staff determine there is not enough time to see all patients waiting for services. Please call the clinic to confirm service availability if you plan to arrive at the clinic after 5:15 pm.
At this time, we ask that you please be patient with staff. Please refer here for additional covid testing resources in Lewis County.
As of March 22, 2022 the federal government’s “Uninsured Program” will no longer provide coverage for COVID testing and treatment (free testing and treatment) for uninsured individuals. Individual insurances may or may not cover these services. If you have concerns about covering the cost of testing or treatment, click here to learn more about our sliding fee discount scale program or contact us for more information about available insurance options.
